Debbie Templeton is a Certified Sommelier, worked in fine restaurants and designed wine lists. Wine Educator at a prestigious college for New and Old World Wines for 5 years, collaborating with The Wine Council of Ontario. She is passionate doing corporate and personal tastings as she inspires others with the love of wine, with her Consulting Company, Heart of Wine. She is a WSET Advanced Level 3 and became a Winemaker in 2018. She has assisted in making wine for local wineries and ciders. She locally judges wines for the Amateur Winemakers of Ontario and mentors up and coming winemakers. Judging Wine Competitions since 2010 in Ontario, including Ontario Wine Awards, All Canadian Wine Championships and Internationally at the IWC, Berliner, Mondial Des Vins Extremees in Aosta Italy, Mondial Des Vins Blanc Strasbourg and Portugal Wine Trophy.
