A chance meeting in a hotel bar in 2013 led me to discovering the electrifying elixir known as Cider, and it's been somewhat full steam ahead since. Despite living in the best cider state in the Union, real good cider is in short supply in this corner. 

As such, I've traveled the other corners of the state and beyond in search of my next cider to try. I've talked cider, drank cider, poured cider for others, even have a gallon carboy of cider…so figured it was time to put my tongue to the test.
